Cancellation:

Cancellations are to be addressed to the Congress agency BTM Global d.o.o. via (info@btmglobal.hr)

The following cancellation fees will apply:

– until 15.03. – no charge

– from 15.03. to 15.04. – 50% of the estimated costs for the total stay are retained

– from 15.04. to 30.04. – 70% of the estimated costs for the total stay are retained

– after 30.04. – 100% of the estimated costs for the total stay are retained

PARKING

Parking is free for all persons staying at the Hotel Kolovare, others pay 0,66€ per hour.
